This is the last day of school before winter break for the public schools. Woo-hoo!
Admission is free at the Golden History Museum for the rest of the month. They will be closed for remodeling for several months next year, so be sure you visit the current exhibits before they disappear.
The Planning Commission meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. This is a study session, so no public comment will be allowed. They will discuss how to set up an Affordable Housing Program. View the meeting packet to see the options they are considering.
Lots of Action at the Businesses Tonight:
- New Terrain Brewing is hosting a Ski & Snowboard Tune Night this evening from 4-9PM. For $20, Rocky Mountain Ski Tunes will tune & wax your skis.
- Old Capitol Grill and Smokeouse is hosting a visit from Santa Claus and his elves from 4-7PM.
- The Rock Rest Lodge has live music tonight. Dave Frisk will be playing starting at 6PM.
- Holidaily Brewing Company has their Run Club tonight from 6-9. They will have a trail run at 6, followed by happy hour in the taproom.
- Golden River Sports is hosting a free Fly Tying Clinic from 6-9PM. Bring your own materials or buy them at the store.
- Woody’s Pizza has Team Trivia starting at 9 tonight.
