Golden is pretty at any time of the year, but it is exceptional right now…everything is green, the temperatures are moderate, and the creek is roaring high. I hope you can get out and enjoy it. It’s a great time for a walk along the creek.

For Flexible Dads:
Golden City Brewery will host Summer Yoga in the Lawn from 10-11AM. Donation based class, followed by happy hour pricing on beer.
For Historically-Minded Dads
The Buffalo Bill Museum is hosting An Afternoon will Buffalo Bill and Annie Oakley. They’ll have shows on the observation deck (gorgeous views) at both 12:30 and 2:30PM.
For Train-Loving Dads:
The Railroad Museum will have antique tractors and engines, Model A and Model T Fords, model railroads, train rides, food trucks, a storyteller, and face painting. The Museum is open from 9-5 today, with rides and entertainment from 10AM-4PM. Free admission for Dads today!
For Conspiracy Theorist Dads:
Miners Alley is offering free admission for fathers attending today’s 2PM performance of Queen of Conspiracy.
For Music-Loving Dads:

For Athletic Dads:
Join the weekly pickup soccer games at Southridge Park (map)–kids at 4PM and adults at 4:30PM. All ages and skill levels are welcome!

Cafe 13 is offering Pancakes and Bourbon on the Patio from 7AM-2PM. Their full menu will also be available.

Schnepf’s Restaurant at Fossil Trace will be grilling on the terrace from 4-8:30PM.
The Table Mountain Inn is offering “Dad Favorites” from 12-10PM.
Cheese Ranch Deli is all about goats this Fathers Day! They will be serving grilled cheese sandwiches made with goat cheese, offering 10% off goat cheese, and have a mini-petting zoo (featuring goats!).
