The Historic Preservation Board meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. They are being asked to provides Certificates of Appropropriateness for proposed changes to several properties, including 1422 Washington Avenue, 1200 Illinois Street, 412 21st Street, 1715 Ford Street, and 1110 10th Street.
