Today might be a good day to visit one of Golden’s many museums. The American Mountaineering Museum, Buffalo Bill Museum, Colorado Railroad Museum, Colorado School of Mines Geology Museum, Golden History Center, and the Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum all have interesting exhibits. The Community Center is open again after a week of maintenance so the pool, exercise room, track, etc. await you.
You could stop by the library, too, to peruse the books, magazines, newspapers, movies, and CDs. In fact, spending time in one of the coffee shops with a good book sounds tempting for this cloudy day.
