The Golden History Center will hold a World War I book discussion from 11:30-12:30 today. The topic is “Where Do We Go From Here? America in the First World War.” The story of a war is much more than the recital of facts, battles, and dates. No matter the impacts of war upon nations and the world order, the underlying story of a war is its immediate and long lasting impacts on individuals.
