6:30PM The Historic Preservation Board will meet this evening in City Council Chambers. They will hear an update on the Astor House. They will be asked for a Certificate of Appropriateness for construction of a garage and accessory dwelling unit at 912 Arapahoe Street (map) in the 8th and 9th Street Historic District. In a study session following the business meeting, representatives from History Colorado will provide a training session regarding the historic review process.
