The road construction at Highway 6 and 19th Street has been long and trying–especially for those in the Beverly Heights neighborhood. They’re going to hit a milestone this afternoon, when the Highway 6 traffic starts going through the underpass!
The Library has a program for all ages today from 4-5: Build a Better World with Salida Circus, featuring juggling, acrobatics, clowning, silly songs and jokes, and Charlie the circus dog.
Foothills Art Center will dedicate their new courtyard today from 5-8. The party is open to all, so stop by and enjoy live music from Ultraphonic Jazz and beer from the Golden City Brewery!
City Council meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. Looks like a fairly short meeting. City staff will talk to Council about a proposed solar initiative to put on this fall’s ballot and update them about Pay-As-You-Throw compliance and other sustainability efforts. Learn more….
