Daylight savings time kicked in today, so if you haven’t done it yet, set your clocks forward.
The forecast calls for mid-30s and sunny today and 60 degrees and sunny tomorrow! This snow won’t last long.
The Quilt Museum is presenting a lecture today at 2, entitled “Quilts and Soddies.” Learn how hard-working women struggled to survive on the American prairie in houses made of dirt and still found time to make quilts. The presenter will appear in period costume.
You could follow up your visit to the Quilt Museum with a trip to the Foothills Art Center, to catch the new Watercolor exhibit. Or do a cultural triple header, and finish up with The Pitmen Painters at Miners Alley.
Include some downtown shopping and lunch or dinner at one of the downtown restaurants and you’ll be supporting Buy Golden Week as well!
