The downtown merchants are hosting their traditional Halloween Crazy Days from 3-5 this afternoon. Golden schoolchildren are invited to come downtown and show off their costumes! There’s a rumor that a flash mob will be dancing to Thriller at some point during the proceedings!
Episcopal Church of St. John Chrysostom, 13151 W. 28th Avenue (map) is hosting a Halloween Carnival from 5:30-7:30. Nothing too spooky or scary! All are welcome and invited for a safe and fun environment for all neighborhood children. Enjoy games, Halloween arts and crafts, lots of candy and prizes. Free.
Last minute reminder that Colorado School of Mines students will be out trick or treating tonight, but instead of candy, they’re looking for non-perishable food items to contribute to the food pantry at the Christian Action Guild. The event is called “Trick or Treat So Golden Can Eat.”
