Halloween costumes, dinosaurs, and zombies

Tomorrow (Weds 10/27) from 5:30-8:30PM, Foothills Art Center will host an Open Studio to create your Halloween Costume. No matter what you plan on being they can help! Bring your raw materials and use their space and tools to construct the scariest or funniest costume you have ever made. This light social workshop has been become a tradition at Foothills Art Center, and is great for anyone who needs a little help or a little space to make their Halloween costume special. Refreshments will be on hand but feel free to bring your own. Ages 13+ please and young people under the age of 18 must come with an adult. Free!  Register!

Tomorrow night at 7, Dinosaur Ridge is offering a free lectures on thick-skulled dinosaurs, the pachycephalosaurs (pack-ee-seff-uh-low-sores). Learn not only how to pronounce this and other awkward dino names, but also everything about these strange-looking, bone-headed dinosaurs! Hear a presentation done by Erin LaCount on critters that butted heads like rams!
