There’s an interesting video online that shows the planned new development in Wheat Ridge, where Highway 58 and Interstate-70 intersect. This is the piece of land where Cabella’s had planned to build several years ago, before the recession set in and they changed their minds. The new development is called Clear Creek Crossing and will include stores, restaurants, and apartments. If you’re interested, click here to watch the 3-minute video.
