Gross! And a Public Meeting about 6 & 19th St.

The Golden Library is offering a teen program this afternoon, from 2-3:  Grossology.  It’s slimy. It oozes. It may or may not be edible. Explore the gross side of science with hands-on activities and experiments. Warning! This program is not for the squeamish. Presented by Jenna, your local teen librarian. Space is limited at these events. Come early to get a spot! For teens in 6th-12th grade.  Free.

This evening at 6, the City will host an open house on design options for the Hwy 6 and 19th Street interchange project. The project will grade separate US 6 and 19th Street and provide a pedestrian plaza and crossing, and a separate bike trail over 6th Avenue.  The meeting will be held at the CSM Student Center, 1600 Maple St. (map).
