The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. They will consider grant requests from the Colorado Cowboy Gathering and the Golden Schools Foundation. They will award the contract for installing the holiday lights display, and will consider whether to expand the display to include the south side of the creek, near the Clear Creek History Park. They will discuss downtown parking constraints, and consider whether we should step up enforcement or build more parking–possibly a parking garage on Arapahoe, between 12th & 13th Streets.
