Golden Optimists find open-air space for bicycle program

About 20 years ago when he was a student at Colorado School of Mines, Zhao Guo came to Ted Rains, founder of the Golden Optimists, to get a bicycle. Some weeks passed and Guo returned with six other students who needed bicycles.
