I’ve heard a lot positive comments on Sunday’s article that traced the history of Parfet Park. Long-time readers will know that I often write about obscure bits of Golden History. I’m working on a page that links to some of those random snippets. Here’s a preview!


11:30AM-12:30PM Today’s EDTalk is Part 2 of Pikes Peak Minerals: Beyond Amazonite & Smoky Quartz. Meet in the conference room across from the Geology Museum. Brown Bag Lunches are welcome!

3-6PM The Under the M Farm Stand is open today. Visit them for produce so fresh that it’s still begging for mercy.

6PM The Golden Bike Cruise meets tonight in the parking lot at 10th & Illinois. This is The Mustache Ride, so either grow one quickly or find an outrageous fake.
