Our very first Golden Beer Talk was scheduled to take place tonight at Windy Saddle Cafe. Fate intervened, in the form of a broken water pipe that has caused a lot of damage to the Cafe.
The Honorable Saoirse Charis-Graves has bailed us out by offering to host the event at the Common House at Harmony Village, 1001 Cottonwood Circle. We still plan to have Golden City beer available, and the plucky owners of Windy Saddle still plan to serve jambalaya and corn bread. We suggest a donation to cover their costs. Food will be available at about 6:15, and our speaker, Adrian Miller, will begin his talk at about 6:45. His books will be available for purchase. (Cash only please, since we won’t have a cash register or card reader!)
