Golden Pride Days is this weekend–Saturday 4/30 and Sunday 5/1–so you should be accumulating stuff that you want to get rid of! The city will be accepting household trash, electronic waste, paper to be shredded, metal to be recycled, tires, & tree brush. Learn more….
The Golden Police will be accepting unneeded pharmaceuticals Saturday (4/30) from 10AM-2PM. This is the time to go through your medicine cabinet and get rid of old prescriptions. The Police Department is located at City Hall, 911 10th St.
Keep in mind that if you have serviceable household goods or clothing to get rid of, the Christian Action Guild (1401 ford St.) or Goodwill (17722 South Golden Road) are happy to take them off your hands!
