Get a Running Start on the Weekend

There’s a jazz concert tonight at 7, at Golden High School (701 24th St.).

Tonight at 6:30, the Lookout Mountain Nature Center is offering a program about NASA’s GRAIL mission to the moon.  Tomorrow night, the Nature Center will host a Junior Astronomers program about the moon, specifically targeted for girls ages 6-10.  Please register is you plan to attend either of these events:  visit lmnc.jeffco.us or call 720-497-7600.

City Council meets tonight at 6:30.  They will hold public hearings on changes to the building code and the fire code.

The Colorado Environmental Film Festival starts this evening at the Mountaineering Center, and runs through Sunday.
