Head to Parfet Park (10th & Washington) tonight from 5:30-7:30. You’ll have the chance to participate in several fun physical activities, such as Zumba, Pilates, Fit4Mom, JumpBunch, and Strength Training. They’ll also have games like beach volleyball and kickball. They promise that you’ll be able to participate and enjoy being active regardless of your physical or athletic ability! This is one of many free events in the month-long Mayor’s Go Golden Fall Fitness Celebration.
