The moon will rise at 5:53PM tonight. It will set at 7:25 tomorrow morning. The sun will set at 6:18PM and rise at 7:12 tomorrow morning. The moon is considered "full" at 5:26 tomorrow morning, so both tonight and tomorrow night should offer good moon viewing (provided the weather cooperates).
As I mentioned last month, if you've ever considered watching the full moon rising from the road on Mt. Zion, tonight or tomorrow night are your last opportunities to do it. The next full moon will be November 15th, and they plan to begin closing that road at night on November 11th.
As I also mentioned last month, the September 2, 2024 comments sent to City Council had some hair-raising remarks (last letter in the list) about activity on that road, so weigh your options—a nice view of the full moon versus the possibility of gunshots.
