From 2-3 this afternoon, the Library will host the Boulder Food Rescue. Join them for an educational talk about food waste, food rescue, sustainability and more. Boulder Food Rescue is a non-profit organization whose goal is to create a more just and less wasteful food system. They facilitate the sustainable redistribution of food “waste” to agencies that feed hungry, homeless, and low-income populations while educating communities about food justice.
The Jefferson Symphony Orchestra will open their season this afternoon at 3. The program includes Gustav Mahler’s Symphony no. 5 in C# Minor.
