Many people vow to start a fitness program when the new year begins. In case you’re ready to start a little earlier, you should be aware of two local groups.
Golden Walks is a small group organized by Councilor Saoirse Charis-Graves. They currently take two walks per week: a Sunrise Walk at 7AM on Tuesdays, and a 10 O’Clockers walk (at 10AM!) on Wednesdays. Learn more at their Meetup Site.
