Until 1950, Golden had commuter rail service to downtown Denver. The depot used to be located at 13th Street and Washington Avenue. In April of next year, we will have rail service once again. This time it will terminate at the Jefferson County buildings. RTD has an interesting series of short videos that provide flyover views of the route. The videos take you from station to station, starting at Union Station in downtown Denver and ending at the Jeffco-Golden stop.
