Golden High School’s 7th Annual Chili Cook-Off and Silent Auction happens tonight from 6-8:30 at the school. You can buy tickets for only $5 online up until noon today, or pay $10 at the door. You can bid on their auction items even if you’re not able to attend tonight’s event:

The Colorado Environmental Film Festival kicks off tonight, and guess what? Tonight is FREE! They will have an opening night reception from 5:30-7PM. From 7-9PM, they will present the festival awards, and show three films: Hearts of Glass, The Color of Earth, and The Living Plant. All events take place at the Mountaineering Center, Washington & 10th St.
