Easter is this Sunday, April 1st. There are several celebrations happening in town tomorrow (Saturday March 31st).
The Golden Family Easter Egg Hunt happens in Parfet Park. Bring your little one to the park ready to find some eggs, but be sure and get there early. The hunt starts right at 10AM sharp and doesn’t last long with so many little eyes looking for the brightly colored treasures! The hunt is free and open to ages 9 and under. It is hosted by the Kiwanis Club, Builders Club, Key Club, and Circle K.
The Golden Gate Grange is having Eggmania and an Easter Egg Hunt from 1-3PM. Bring hard boiled eggs for dyeing & decorating followed by an Easter egg hunt & visit from the Easter Bunny! Easter Baskets & dyeing materials will be provided. The Golden Gate Grange is located at 25201 Golden Gate Canyon Road just 4 miles west of Route 93 in Golden.
The Heritage Amusement Park (used to be called Heritage SQUARE Amusement Park) is open tomorrow and they will have two Easter Egg Hunts. The one for 2-6 year olds starts at noon, and the one for 7-12 year olds starts at one.
The Railroad Museum is running the Bunny Express Train from 10-4.
