Do you like to dance? It may surprise you to learn that Golden is a hot spot for people who love ballroom dancing. The Denver Kickers Club at 16776 W. 50th Ave. (map) has a great dance floor, and twice a month (1st Saturday and 3rd Friday) they offer ballroom dancing. The dances feature a pre-dance lesson with top notch local instructors, all for $10 per person. The entertainers and DJs play a selection of dance music from the 40s to the present. You can expect a continuous flow of dance music from 8-11pm.
That same dance floor is used by a Polka Club every Sunday from 3-7, and the public is also invited to join them!
