The Golden United Methodist Church is holding their 34th Annual Holiday Craft Fair from 10AM-4PM today and 9AM-3PM tomorrow. The Jeffco Schools are releasing the kids early today, so the the Library is hosting Freaky Friday–games, crafts, and Legos from 2-3:30. From 5-7PM, the Library will host Teens After Dark: Teen Video Game Night. Enjoy friendly competition and play some video games with friends. Snacks provided.

Relax, have a beverage, and travel back to a time when railroads shaped the American West.
Train wrecks occur for many reasons and leave a lasting impression, join Kris Autobee as she looks at these accidents from an historian’s perspective. The 1921 Pueblo flood and the fire on William Jennings Bryant’s train and of course the famous Casey Jones wreck are all explored.
Admission includes 2 beverages of your choice: beer, wine or soda and snacks. Doors open at 5:30PM for early enjoyment of Museum displays, bar opens at 6:00PM and the presentation starts promptly at 6:30PM. Mines Little Theater Group will present Neil Simon’s Rumors tonight at 7PM in the theater at the Mountaineering Museum (710 10th St.). Tickets are $7 for Mines people and $10 for the general public. The performance will be repeated tomorrow at 2PM and again at 7PM.
