Town & Gown Book Club – November 12th
The Town & Gown Book Club is planning another get-together. This year’s Freshman Common Read is The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Achor. The thesis of the book is that success does not bring happiness; instead happiness causes success, and the book suggests how it does. The Town & Gown Book Club will discuss the book over lunch (which is complimentary) on November 12th. At 4PM that same afternoon, the author’s wife (Michelle Gielan) will lecture about the book. If you would like to join the discussion, please register now and plan to read the book in advance. Learn more and register….
