The Peak to Plains Trail makes frequent appearances in Golden Eye Candy. The construction continues ever-westward, leading on to the edge of Jefferson County and, eventually, to the Continental Divide.
Pat Klein used his drone to get a look at the construction that's currently underway. According to the Jefferson County website, this new segment of the trail is scheduled to open in "early 2025."
