The Golden Urban Renewal Authority meets tonight. New Business includes discussion regarding extending the agreement for the Legacy Fund, introducing a draft 2020 Budget, and beginning preliminary talks for 2020 project area investments. Staff reports will include an Astor House Update, Infrastructure and Project Updates (housing project at 24th and Ford/Jackson Streets, 8th Street Streetscape, and the West Colfax complete street grant).
