City Council will meet tonight at 6:30. They will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Colorado Department of Transportation pertaining to design standards for the Highway 93/US 6/Highway 93 corridor. This is the beltway compromise, wherein we withdraw future opposition to the beltway in exchange for a commitment to minimize its impact as it goes through Golden. The signing ceremony will occur at the beginning of the meeting, before public comment. The full agenda is online, and the meeting will be shown on cable channel 8 and through the city website.
