Shelton Elementary is having an open house tonight from 5:30-6:30 for parents and next year’s kindergarteners. After a brief presentation, they’ll have time for questions and tours of the school. Shelton will also be hosting their International Night starting at 6, so visitors can experience the school’s diverse cultures with food tastings, native dance, and much more!
Don’t forget Yeti Night at the Mountaineering Museum, from 6-9.
This is also the night when Museum Director Nathan Richie will present his survey results about putting a Beer Museum in the Astor House to City Council. That meeting starts at 6:30. It’s a Study Session, so they won’t be accepting public comment.
Tomorrow night, the Golden Kiwanis Club will hold their 42nd Annual Wine Tasting! This is a fundraiser to provide scholarships for Golden High School students to attend the Colorado School of Mines. The theme is Paris France and their have both live and silent auctions, with a trip to Paris included in the live auction! Learn more….
