The Planning Commission meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. They will hold public hearings on four issues:
* A requested rezoning from R-3 to PUD for a new stadium and athletic center on the Colorado School of Mines campus.
* A requested Special Use Permit for a new welcome center on the Colorado School of Mines campus.
* A City initiated rezoning of certain (mostly commercial) properties within the Central Neighborhoods to the new Community Mixed Use (CMU) zone districts of CMU-NC, CMU-CC1, CMU-CC2.
* A requested Site Plan approval of an RV storage structure.
