City Council meets tonight at 6:30PM in City Council Chambers. They will vote on whether to approve a utility replacement package totaling $1,137,933. They will read proclamations celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Jefferson Center and naming May as Mental Health Month. The Mayor will announce the new appointments to City Boards and Commissions. The Finance Director will give his quarterly report on the state of the City’s finances. Don’t forget tomorrow night’s Saloon Stroll to raise money for Mitchell Elementary’s playground. This event runs from 7-10PM.
Alternatively, you can attend Casino Night at the Table Mountain Inn to raise money for the horses at the Horse Protection League. Casino Night runs from 6-10PM and tickets are $20.
