Busy, Busy, BUSY day in Golden!

Today’s bike race-inspired activities include

• 8 AM: citizen’s hill climb up Lariat Loop Road
• 9-3: kid’s bike rodeo in the Coors Tek parking lot
• 10-5: “Sustainability, Health and Wellness Expo” in Parfet Park
• 2-6 PM: Open house at the Golden Oldy Cyclery, featuring an exhibit on Victorian bicycle racing
• 5-10 PM:   Taste of Golden block party on Washington Avenue

Unrelated to the bike race, the Farmers Market will run as usual from 8-1. The Foothills Animal Shelter is offering a class on Pet First Aid & CPR from 1-5.  Colorado Haunted History is offering a tour through downtown Golden tonight at 9:30..
