The City is asking for comments from citizens on the budget. If there’s something you want them to do (or do more of), here’s your chance to say, “Please fund (xyz).” As an example, the history museum recently sold the artifacts from the Astor House, because they didn’t have room to store them. I’m asking that we budget some money for artifact storage, so that doesn’t happen again.
The Golden Bike Cruise will take place tomorrow night. Meet in the parking lot at 10th & Illinois at about 6PM. Bob’s Atomic Burgers and New Belgium beer will be available, and there will be live music and a drawing for prizes. The ride will start at 7. Costumes are optional, but if you plan to wear one, go Wild West.
