The Library’s Fall Whale of a Used Book Sale starts today at the Jeffco Fairgrounds (map). If you’ve never gone to one of these, you really should! They have more than 100,000 gently used books, DVDs, audiobooks, and LPs with prices from 50 cents to $3. Just try to get out of there without finding a bunch of things you want! Go today or tomorrow between 9 and 5. Sunday is bag day, and the prices are even better–$6 for everything you can fit in a grocery bag.
