The Library will host Let’s Dance for babies, preschoolers, and toddlers from 11:15-11:45 this morning. At 12:15, they’ll have Preschool Time, with stories, singing, rhyming, and dancing. All families are welcome.

The Golden Urban Renewal Authority (GURA) will meet tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. A building permit application is in review for a large storage project at Gateway Village, and a permit is expected in June for the 48-room hotel and the first of two apartment buildings planned for the Briarwood Inn property at the west end of 8th Street.
The board will also discuss plans for their June 18th open house, which they will do jointly with the Downtown Development Authority (DDA).
