Veg out today at VegFest Colorado, held at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds from 10-7. There will be cooking demonstrations, food samplings, speakers, and a vegetarian comedian (bet you didn’t know about that genre!). There’s also a children’s area. According to their website, more than 3,000 people attended this event last year. Find out why! Admission is $5 for adults, and kids are free.
