City Council will hold 3 public hearings tonight: an ordinance to create a graywater reuse program for single family homes; changes to municipal code 10.04.340, Section 1210 of the Model Traffic Code, related to parking regulations in residential districts, to improve enforcement measures, restrict parking of food trucks, commercial vehicles, commercial trailers, recreational vehicles and travel trailers, approving the final plat the the low-income housing development at 24th and Jackson, and vacating the alley for the use of that housing development.
They will discuss the City’s policy with regards to requests to provide water taps to homes north of our city boundary. They will decide whether to extend the mask requirement until October 9th. They will discuss plans to demolish the Coors office building at 311 10th Street, at an estimated cost of $1,723,000.
City staff will then update them on the Heart of Golden (remodeling the creekfront) and Covid response. Council will then go into executive session (no cameras, no public) to discuss a possible Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the School of Mines.
