Acquiring 7 Acres, Losing a Restaurant, Gaining a Storytime, and Swapping Costumes

The City closed yesterday on the Coors property, so we now own 7 acres of land in Goosetown and a large office building.


I’m sorry to say that our vegan restaurant, Derive, will be closing on October 20th. If you want to try them before they close, get there by this Sunday! 1224 Washington Ave (map)
