If you have children, take them downtown today! There will be free carriage rides at the Farmers Market from 8 till 1. The Astor House is running a program today from 10-4:30 on “Staying in Touch” in the early 1900s. Visitors can try writing with an historic dip pen or send a message via telegraph. Admission is free for members and $3 for non-members. At 2, head to the Pearce Cabin at the Clear Creek History Park. Listen to a story about life in the 1800s, and complete a craft to take home. There is no charge for the story and craft.
Shelton Elementary School invites you to join them tomorrow morning for the annual Coyote Chase. This year’s race will raise funds for science and technology at the school.
