DENVER (Dec. 13, 2018) – For the 11th consecutive year, Coors Light® is partnering with the Regional Transportation District (RTD) and Coors Distributing Company to help Denver residents and visitors celebrate the new year responsibly. Coors Light Free Rides® will be available on all RTD bus and rail routes, as well as Access-a-Ride and SkyRide services, from 7 p.m. Dec. 31 through the end of the Jan. 1 service day.

“On one of the busiest nights of the year, there’s no reason to drink and drive,” said Matthew Packard, chief of the Colorado State Patrol. “Coors Light Free Rides offer an easy and convenient alternative to driving under the influence.”

Coors Light free rides will be available on all regularly scheduled RTD bus and train routes, as well as Access-a-Ride and SkyRide services. Passengers can plan their trips and look up route and schedule information at www.rtd-denver.com.As part of the 2025 Global Goals MillerCoors developed in partnership with Molson Coors, MillerCoors aims to implement impactful programs to prevent drunk driving in every market where beer is sold. Designated driver and safe ride programs like Coors Light Free Rides are critical components of meeting that goal.
