There is a sad note to the revelry: Hassan Najjar, who has served as Executive Director at Foothills Art Center for the past eight years, is leaving. Tonight will be his last official duty. He will be moving to Dover, Deleware, to serve as Executive Director of the Biggs Museum of American Art.
