This is the first day of the Golden Fine Arts Festival. This is a delightful event, with high quality art at all price points, live music, an art tent for kids, food, beer, and wine. Head to 11th Street west of Washington Avenue to take in the art. Don’t miss all the doings along Washington Avenue–there will be 3 music stages between 11th and 14th Street!
Of course, the Golden Farmers Market will also be in full swing this morning from 8-1, which its usual splendor of fresh food, live music, free carriage rides, and a general good time.
