- Council will approve a contract not to exceed $177K to make changes in the right of way adjacent to the Astor House. Learn more. The changes were detailed in a memo dated January 27, 2023.
- They will hold the first reading of a major amendment to a PUD, with the public hearing to be held on October 8th. This concerns the property adjacent to the Old Miner Inn (west of Hwy 6 and south of Clear Creek). The owners hope to amend the PUD to allow duplex and row housing instead of the multifamily housing originally planned. Learn more.
- They will hold the first reading regarding a street vacation (Arapahoe Street), with the public hearing to be held on October 8th.
