The Citizens Budget Advisory Committee will review the City's debt policy.
This is timely, as City Council has "unofficially" approved a plan to build new City offices, to be funded with $65 million in new debt. The "official" approval will occur when City staff brings the debt issue to a City Council business meeting. The next Council meeting will be April 23rd.
