Provide in-person comment during the meeting, at 6PM.

The Board will adjourn to a Study Session after Public Comment. They will discuss the Bicycle Manual and their accomplishments for 2024 and goals for 2025.

2024 Accomplishments:

• Continued progress on Bicycle Facilities and Streets Standards Manual.
• Provided review and feedback on Traffic Impact Study for Res Hall 7.
• Provided feedback on Jackson Streetscape design project.
• Provided feedback to City staff on downtown TDM.
• Provided feedback to City staff on Arapahoe Street Pedestrian Improvements.
• Further refined City functional classification map.
• Provided feedback on Pinal sidewalk improvements.
• Continued to act as conduit to citizens for comments and issues around transportation and mobility.

2025 Board Goals

Continue progress on Bicycle Facilities and Streets Standards Manual. Manual will provide guidance to staff and developers on where and how to build bike facilities in Golden.

Provide input on development Traffic Impact Studies submitied to City.

Find opportunities for Public Education around mobility and transportation. Examples: Proper RAB use do not park in bike lanes, effective use of zipper merge.

Continue to act as conduit for citizen engagement around mobility and transportation issues.

Continue to provide feedback on City projects.
