Staff will describe the City's progress on water conservation. The board will discuss recommended green building policies for municipal buildings.They will review preliminary outreach results regarding a proposed City-wide recycling program. CSAB will not hold a meeting in November, because of the Thanksgiving holiday. The December meeting will be held early--on December 4th.
