Planning Commission will make a final review of several changes to the zoning code, which were reviewed and discussed earlier this fall. The packet includes three public comments--one from a former Planning Commissioner, who was concerned that we were still requiring too much parking and would have preferred to see parking maximums; one from a resident of an R1 neighborhood, who was concerned that Group Homes can be administratively approved by the city, and asked that a Group Home not be approved in her neighborhood; and one recommending public hearings regarding Group Homes.
